Themed Dungeonswith daily quests on the way, it sparks an idea that I've had in my head about AO for ages now. one of the most fun PvM experiences to me is a dungeon with a theme (ala: totw, subway, foremans/biomare). the thing that sets these places apart from the "grind" is the ability to solo mobs inside and actually advance somewhat.
some of the most fun times of my ao life were spent in totw. the thing that sets themed dungeons apart from other means of leveling is how you can tell that your character is advancing. I can tell you in all honesty that the first time I soloed a lego was a fulfilling experience! progressively harder mobs the further you go in give you a way to gauge how your character is advancing!
not to mention the practical "need" to team with others for the "boss" of a dungeon. the temple was great for this. the team had to be well-built, competant, and work together to "beat" the dungeon. (ah, I remember with fondness my 1he nt! just a side note)
anyway, the point is: more themed dungeons! they don't even have to add to the story line. on a planet as large as Rubi-Ka, why does everything have to be connected? they could be an alternative means of leveling, places to get new items (they don't have to be great, just something new and exciting!) and something to kill time solo style aside from smashing aliens in arid or sitting on lft for inf (or the daily missions when they come out)
thoughts? I'm sure it's been brought up before, but I didn't see it on the updated game suggestions post.
