Interrupt on proposed AS mechanics
I'm having a bit of a debate with some orgmates so any information is good. I'm hoping someone can tell me what the percent chance is to interrupt AS on by a melee prof. Some people say it's 100% but that's not a chance, that's a sure thing. The language used by Means about the new AS says melee CAN interrupt As during the 3 second attacking time. That's different than WILL interrupt so it's unclear.
