Fullauto adjustment?

So we aren't exactly sure what is going to change with Fullauto, but the only thing I can see is that the special becomes harder to use for non FA focused profs but not made into a special action only fixers, advy, and soldiers could use. (Note i'm saying advy only because we have the Jobe pistol)

An idea I had to make it a fair change based on weapons accessible by players currently would be:

1st bullet 60% def check
2nd bullet 80% def check
3rd bullet 100% def check
4th bullet 110% def check
5th bullet 120% def check

8th-15th bullet 150% def check

Dodging an entire spray of 10-15 bullets doesn't make any sense, so at least 1 or 2 bullets should land. However, all 10--15 bullets landing seems even less likely. Currently, this gives the chances of 1 or 2 bullets landing to increase, while the 3rd bullet being standard with current formulas. When you begin into the 4th and higher bullets though, the skill needed to land the shots becomes significantly higher, but still within a range that profs like fixers and soldiers will still be able to land many of their shots, but not in an unreasonable amount.
