Different Fix to Aimed Shot

When you use Aimed Shot have it check Attacker's Concealment vs Target's Perception.f your Conceal is above the target Perception your AS hit and the dmg is calculated in the normal way based on the AS skill itself like we are used Then having higher AS skill means better damage on the special. If your conceal isn't high enough, have it miss, or turn it to a regular hit... like a fling atk ;p

Higher AS skill = better chances to cap the dmg
Higher conceal = better chance to hit with AS
Higher perception = be able to avoid to be AS down from non agents wonnabe agents


that would erase all the fixers/soldier/traders/engie/crap profs in the game to move away from use an AS weap simply because it land 100%

MPs and Traders probably wouldn't land it on Advs with high perception... MPs could probably go shield if they can't seem to AS and if traders get conceal added to their drain lines, (drain perception, gain conceal?) they could probably be able to aimed shot...

And Agents will become the "true" wielder of Aimed Shot.
