Bring back probes & Character XML.

As the server move is great news, we also lost the ability to view server status and gather zone statistics for character activity.

Some have no idea what this is, but there is a large amount who frequently use this service. Many people are familiar with the !server command found on Helpbot and also various other org/raid bots.

Also, frequently used for the Pandemonium graphs.

All that I am requesting, from the general population, to gather enough /sign replies to let Funcom know how valuable this information is for the players and to bring this feature back.
