I admire mean's efforts to balance pvp, and I love the idea of a universal timer for AS/FA/SA, but the "cast-time" of these specials is ridiculous and will completely change AO pvp, and not for the sake of balance, but just for the sake of change.

By placing these specials on a universal timer, you eliminate the core hotswaps that most people would have taken advantage of. Adding an extra useless gimmick (nerf) to these specials are not needed, as far as I can see. Really, i get the nerfing of hotswaps, it was needed, but this? I've yet to see an explanation that makes sense (or even an explanation at all!).

Don't do it. Honestly, don't.

Do not want - not needed with universal timer for as/fa/sa. explain why it makes sense if we should have it, i don't see why or have yet to see an explanation.
